Turkish Shortbread Cookies

Instructions
Beat butter, oil and egg white. Add sugar, starch, flour, baking powder and vanilla and knead. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 140 degrees. Cut small pieces from dough and roll them with your palm and place on baking tray with grease-proof paper apart from each other. Bake for 20 minutes until cracking in an oven preheated to 140 degrees and allow to cool. Serve them by sprinkling Torku powdered sugar.

135 gr Torku Butter
2 Tablespoons Torku Oil
1 Egg White
Half Water Glass Torku Powdered Sugar
Half Water Glass Corn Starch
1 Dessertspoon Baking Powder Full to the Brim
1 Package Vanilla
2 Water Glasses Flour
