Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Put butter, sugar, egg and milk into dough kneading bowl and beat with mixer. Add 2 cups of flour and baking powder and start kneading. Adding flour slowly, knead until it doesn't stick to hand.
Grease baking tray or use grease-proof paper. Cut pieces from dough smaller than walnut and roll them with your palm and flatten. Put one piece of Turkish delight in the center of it, join its end in the middle, roll it with your palm and close.
Put cookies on a tray and place in preheated oven. Bake for about 25 minutes until light pink in color. Take it from the oven and allow to cool. Serve them by sprinkling powdered sugar.
