Strawberry Cake

Preparation of Sponge Cake: egg yolks and egg whites are separated carefully, egg whites are beaten with a mixer and when it starts to become like foam, half of sugar and lemon juice are added and beaten for about 5 minutes until it becomes like snow. In a separate bowl, remaining half cup of sugar is added and beaten until its color becomes like mayonnaise, hot water is added and beaten for 5 more minutes. Two of them blended slowly and finally, flour, starch, baking powder, vanilla are added, stirred with a spatula carefully and poured into greased spring form cake pan, baked for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees

For Sponge Cake: For its inside and outside:

4 Eggs
1 Water Glass Torku Sugar
1 Water Glass Flour
Half Water Glass Starch
Half Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Package Vanilla
1 Package Baking Powder
Half Tea Glass Hot Water

400 ml. Torku Milk
Half Water Glass Corn Starch
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 Tea Glass Torku Sugar
1 Egg yolk
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Package Vanilla

Inner Cream: Outer Cream:

200 ml milk cream
Half Tea Glass Powdered Sugar

500 gr. Strawberry
Grated Chocolate
