Coffee Biscuits

Instructions
Blend dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add egg, milk and melted warm butter and stir. Knead until it becomes a dough as thick as an earlobe.

Cool the dough in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll in 3mm thickness on slightly floured surface with the help of rolling pin. Cut them in squares and place on baking tray with grease-proof paper apart from each other. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. When they cool serve them by sprinkling cocoa powder mixed with powdered sugar and coffee.

3,5 Water Glasses Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Dessertspoon Turkish Coffee
1 Water Glass Torku Powdered Sugar
1 Package Vanilla
1 Egg
Half Water Glass Torku Milk
