Cinnamon Cookies

Instructions 

Knead all ingredients together with flour in a bowl by mixing well. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

Take the dough out of refrigerator and flour slightly on the counter and roll with the help of rolling pin until they become 2-3 mm. Cut them in squares and place them on tray with grease-proof paper. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Take it from the oven and allow to cool. 

Put the chocolates in a bowl and put that bowl in another bowl filled with hot water. Keep in there for 5-6 minutes. Stir until they melt and pour over the cookies thinly.

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon,
1 Tea Glass Torku Powdered Sugar
100 gr Torku Butter
1 Dessertspoon Baking Powder,
1 Egg,

4-5 Pieces Torku Classic Long Chocolate
