Bitter Chocolate Cake

Instructions

Add eggs and crystal sugar and beat with mixer for 3 minutes. Add half of milk, oil and flour and beat again. Add remaining flour and baking powder and stir with wooden spoon in the same direction. Pour half of smooth cake dough into a greased cake mold.

Melt 50 gr margarine in a small bowl. Add chopped bitter chocolate into melted hot oil and stir until melting and add it to remaining cake dough and beat well.

Pour chocolate dough on plain dough in the mold. Bake for 35 -40 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Take it from the oven and allow to cool.
