Cocoa Vanilla Cookies

Instructions
Blend all dry ingredients with flour in a bowl except cocoa and vanilla. Add egg, milk and melted warm butter and knead until it becomes a dough as thick as an earlobe, not sticking to hand. Divide the dough into two and add cocoa to its half and add vanilla to another half.

Wrap doughs with plastic wrap separately and cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Roll in 3 mm thickness on slightly floured surface with the help of rolling pin. Put the dough on the top of another, wrap by rolling and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes again.

Cut the dough into thin slices with a knife and place on baking tray with grease-proof paper apart from each other. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve when they cool.

Half Water Glass Torku Milk
1 Water Glass Torku Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Package Vanilla
3,5 Water Glasses Flour
1 Full Tablespoon Cocoa
