Wet Lemon Cake

Instructions
Beat eggs with crystal sugar for the cake. Add other ingredients respectively and prepare the cake batter by beating. Pour into cake pan in 22-24 cm diameter and bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees.

In order to moisten the cake, boil water, crystal sugar and lemon juice in a coffee pot and allow to cool. Pour cold syrup over the cool cake, slice and serve.

Ingredients For Moistening:
3 Eggs, Half Tea Cup Lemon Juice,
1 Water Glass Torku Crystal Sugar, Half Tea Cup Torku Crystal Sugar,
200 gr Melted Warm Torku Butter, Half Tea Cup Water
2 Lemons Grated Lemon Rind,
1,5 Water Glass Flour,
2 Tablespoons Poppy Seeds,
1 Package Vanilla,
1 Package Baking Powder
